外国人の方のマイナンバーカード My Number Card for Foreign Residents

外国人の方のマイナンバーカードの有効期限や手続きについてご案内するページです。
マイナンバーカードの有効期限は、原則として在留期間満了日と同じです。在留期間を更新した場合は、マイナンバーカードの有効期限を変更する手続きが必要です。
This page provides information about the expiration date and procedures for My Number Cards for foreign residents.
The expiration date of your My Number Card is generally the same as the expiration date of your period of stay. If you renew your period of stay, you must also update the expiration date of your My Number Card.

手続き場所 Where to go	・福井市役所本館1階市民課・川西、森田、東足羽、美山、越廼、清水連絡所・Fukui City Hall, 1st floor, Citizens' Affairs Division ・Kawanishi, Morita, Higashiasuwa, Miyama, Koshino and Shimizu Liaison Offices
手続き方法 How to apply	本人が窓口で手続きしてください。 Please complete the procedure in person at the counter.

在留期間を更新した方　If you have renewed your period of stay

在留期間を更新したら、以前の在留期間満了日が来る前に、マイナンバーカードの有効期限を変更する手続きをしてください。
If you have renewed your period of stay, please update the expiration date of your My Number Card before the previous period of stay expires.

※在留期間満了によるマイナンバーカードの有効期限切れの場合、有効期限通知書は届きません。
You will not receive an expiration notice if your My Number Card expires because your period of stay has expired.

在留期間の更新申請中の方　If you have applied to renew your period of stay

在留期間の更新を申請したものの、マイナンバーカードの有効期限までに新しい在留カードを受け取れない場合は、マイナンバーカードの有効期限を特例で2か月延長できる場合があります。
If you have applied to renew your period of stay but cannot receive your new Residence Card before your My Number Card expires, the expiration date of your My Number Card may be extended for an additional two months under a special provision.

手続きには、以下のいずれかが必要です。
You will need one of the following:

⑴在留カード
在留カードの裏面に「在留期間更新許可申請中」または「在留資格変更許可申請中」の記載があるもの
⑴Residence Card
Your Residence Card with a statement on the back indicating that your application for renewal of your period of stay or change of status of residence is being processed.

(2) オンライン申請の受付完了メール
在留期間更新または在留資格変更の申請受付が完了したことを知らせるメール
⑵Email confirming your online application
An email confirming that your application for renewal of your period of stay or change of status of residence has been received.

※特例期間の再延長はできません。
The special two-month extension cannot be extended again.

手続きが遅れた場合　If you do not complete the procedure in time

以前の在留期間満了日を過ぎても手続きをしなかった場合、マイナンバーカードが使えなくなります。
If you do not complete the procedure before your previous period of stay expires, your My Number Card will no longer be usable.

マイナンバーカードを作り直す場合は、手数料が必要になります。
A fee may be required if you need to have your My Number Card reissued.

在留期間を更新したら、忘れずにマイナンバーカードの手続きをしてください。
